I'd like to say that my writing all began with National Novel Writing Month in 2005. Or at least that it all began with a particularly long short story ("The Creatures of Prometheus") in high school. Or perhaps with a 4-part trilogy about a man-eating purple dinosaur.

But--really-- it began with a cow. I was six years old and wrote a several "chapters" of a saga titled "Christina the Cow."

It just so happens that my current work-in-progress, Ambigu, also begins with a cow.

Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose .
